4.Warranty
The CLAB data‐logger is warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanshipforaperiodof24monthsfromthedateofpurchaseprovidedthatithas
beenusedundernormallaboratoryconditions. ThiswarrantydoesnotapplyifCLABhas
beendamagedbyaccidentormisuse.
TheCLABbatteryisaconsumableandiswarrantedtobefreefromdefectsinmaterials
andworkmanshipforaperiodof12monthsfromthedateofpurchase.
5.Batteryprecautions
Do not place the battery in or near fire, on stoves or other high temperature
locations such asdirect sunlight.Doing somay cause the battery togenerate heat,
explodeorignite,orgenerateatoxicgasifplacedincontactwithfire.
Intheeventthebattery
leaksandthefluidgetsintoone'seye,donotrubtheeye.
Rinse well with water and immediately seek medical care. If left untreated, the
batteryfluidcouldcausedamagetotheeye.
Discardbatteriesaccordingtolocalregulations.
6.SafetyInformation
CLABisdevelopedandproducedinconformitywithCEandFCCregulations.
Any changes madeby the purchaser or user without first contactingthe manufacturer
willbesubjecttopenaltyunderFCCregulations.
